Information from golfers

When a golfer uses a course QR code or places an order, we may collect the information below. Golfers do not need to create an account to place an order.

Mulligans Menu does not collect golfer card numbers for food or beverage purchases. Golfer payment is handled directly by the participating course through the course's existing point-of-sale process.

2. Location Information

The Service uses location information to help beverage cart drivers find golfers and fulfill orders. Golfers may be asked to share location information when placing or tracking an order. Drivers may share location information while on shift.

Location information may be displayed to authorized course staff, drivers, and administrators for order fulfillment and operational purposes.

We do not use golfer or driver location information for third-party advertising.

Because location information can be sensitive, courses, drivers, and staff must use it only for authorized order fulfillment and course operations.

4. SMS Notifications

If you are a beverage cart driver or authorized course staff member, Mulligans Menu may send operational SMS messages related to the Service. These messages may include new order alerts, order details, delivery location information, customer contact information, shift-related information, and links to the driver console.

Message frequency varies based on order volume and shift activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Mulligans Menu. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at mulliganmenu@gmail.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

With participating courses

Order details, golfer contact information, golfer location, driver activity, and related operational information may be shared with the participating course and its authorized administrators, staff, and drivers for order fulfillment, support, reporting, and billing.

With service providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Current or expected providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Mapbox, and Twilio.

Participating courses are responsible for their own operational practices, staff behavior, payment processing, tax handling, alcohol compliance, and direct interactions with golfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
